14 days, no questions. If you're not happy within 14 days of a charge (first purchase or renewal), email hello@onememoryai.com from your purchase email and we'll refund it in full. Refunds are issued by our merchant of record to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.

There's also a 14-day free trial before any charge, so you can check that OneMemory works with your AI tools first.

After a refund, saving new memories stops, and everything already stored stays usable locally: recall, dashboard, and export, forever.
