End User License Agreement
Last updated: July 2, 2026
This agreement is between you and OneMemory ("we") and covers the OneMemory desktop software.
1. License
With an active trial or subscription we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use OneMemory on computers you control, up to the device count of your plan. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software or license keys.
2. Your data
Your memory database belongs to you. It is stored on your device. Export is always available, including after cancellation. We claim no rights over content you store.
3. Subscription and lapse
If your trial or subscription ends, the software stops saving new memories but continues to provide recall, dashboard access, and export indefinitely.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use OneMemory to break the law, to attack the license system, or to observe machines or accounts you don't have the right to observe.
5. Updates
The software can check for updates and, with your confirmation, download and install them. Updates are covered by this agreement.
6. Disclaimer
OneMemory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Memories are stored claims, not guaranteed facts; verify important information before acting on it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the software is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss; keep backups (the app helps you make them).
8. Termination
We may terminate this license if you materially breach it. Sections 2, 6, 7, and 9 survive termination. Your local data remains yours.
9. General
This agreement is the entire agreement about the software and supersedes prior discussions. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stands. Questions: hello@onememoryai.com.
